Before purchasing the weekly meal prep plan (5 Entrées with 3 Sides), please click here to complete our meal prep assessment form. Once we have reviewed the form with you, we create a meal prep plan customised for your needs. If your meal preferences or location are outside the scope of the 22,000 JMD budget, we will discuss you cost effective options or the added cost. The monthly meal prep plan includes a non-customised portion guide (but does not include a monthly meal plan).
*For monthly plans, the cost is 10% less after the 1st month.
