- The 3 month weekly support plan may be helpful if you have a long term goal and desire motivational support, accountability or frequent nutrition feedback in building habits.
- We provide coaching via weekly 15-minute lifestyle reviews over a 12 week period. (This varies based on your your lifestyle plan and may include review of your weight, blood sugar, blood sugar, diet, exercise, sleep, stress management strategies).
- You also have flexibility in communication as you have messaging access to your nutrition coach via your profile.
