Each person has varying nutrition needs based on a number of factors including our sex, weight, height, physical activity level, lifestage and medical condition (if applicable). For this reason, we do not provide generic meal plans. Prior to developing your meal plan, we have a 1 hour consultation to assess what your nutrition needs are. Within 1 week of the meal plan, we share a guide for general daily meal planning customised for your needs. Within 2 weeks of the consultation, we upload the meal planning guide on a weekly basis aligned to your nutrition needs, lifestyle and preferences.
