Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Pineapple frozen, chunks
  • ½ cup Banana ripe cubed
  • ¼ cup Coconut milk
  • tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 4 cups, 2 cups is a serving.
