Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Pineapple frozen, chunks
  • ½ medium Banana ripe, cubed
  • ¼ cup Coconut milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 ½ cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 4 cups, 1 cups is a serving as a compliment to a meal or snack.
