- Popsicle mold (4 molds)
- 3 cups Watermelon diced, seeds removed
- 2 tsp Lime Juice fresh
- Combine watermelon and lime juice into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into 4 popsicle molds leaving a ¾ to 1 inch gap at the top. Add the cover to each popsicle mold and then freeze.
