Pineapple Coconut Popsicles

  • 3 cups Pineapple chunks, frozen
  • cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle mold leaving 1 inch space at the top. Makes 6 servings for 6 oz molds. The number of servings that the recipe makes depends on the size of the mold. To check the size of your mold, fill one mold with water up to 1 inch away from the top and then pour it into a measuring cup.
