- 3 cups Pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1¼ cup Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle mold leaving 1 inch space at the top. Makes 6 servings for 6 oz molds. The number of servings that the recipe makes depends on the size of the mold. To check the size of your mold, fill one mold with water up to 1 inch away from the top and then pour it into a measuring cup.
