Oatmeal Raisin Balls
Breakfast on the go - or just a quick snack - this recipe is the perfect choice!
- 1⅓ cups Oatmeal
- ½ cup Almond butter or peanut butter
- ¼ cup Pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp Flaxseed
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Raisins
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Roll into 1-1 ½ inch size balls (about 23 to 25 balls). *
- Place balls on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour. Last 1 week in the fridge.
