Looking for a way to beat the heat? Iced tea always does the trick!
- 6 cups Water
- 4 Green Teabags
- 6 tbsp Brown Sugar or white sugar if preferred
- ¾ cup Lemon Juice or lime juice
- In a pot or kettle, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. If not already using a pot, add 4 teabags to the pot. Allow to steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove and discard the tea bags. Stir in sugar in the steeped liquid and allow to cool. Once cooled, stir in the lemon or lime juice and refrigerate. 1 1/2 cups is a serving for adults and 1/2 cup to 1 cup is a serving for children.
