Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a medium bowl, combine the flours, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar. Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla essence and oil. Add the dry ingredients, a third at a time, until combined.
Pour the batter into a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Bake for about 55 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cut into 10 slices. Recommended serving is 1 slice.
