A meal plan is essentially a structure that guides when you have your meals and snacks including beverages. If you are already meeting your nutrition needs, then you may not need a meal plan. If you are concerned about the quality of your diet, then a meal plan may be helpful for you. Each person has varying nutrition needs based on a number of factors including our sex, weight, height, physical activity level, lifestage and medical condition (if applicable). For this reason, we do not offer generic meal plans. Before developing a meal plan for you, we meet with you to assess your needs and preferences. Our meal plans are therefore customised as they take into consideration your unique needs (e.g. energy and nutrient needs, food preferences, religious or cultural preferences, lifestyle, budget and food sensitivities (if you have any).
