  • cup Carrot diced, steamed and cooled
  • 1 cup Water cold
  • tbsps Lime juice
  • tbsp Chia seeds
  • ½ cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 4 cups, 2 cups is a serving.
