  • ½ cup Banana ripe cubed
  • 2 tbsp Coconut milk
  • tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 4 cups, 2 cups is a serving.
