Garlic Cashew Spread

- 1 cup cashew presoaked
- 2 cloves minced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- Soak cashews for 3 to 4 hours. Rinse and drain.
- Add all ingredients to a blender or a food processor and blend until at desired consistency add small amounts of water if needed. 2 tbsp is a serving.
- Store in a refrigerator.
