Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew presoaked
  • 2 cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp white pepper

Instructions

  • Soak cashews for 3 to 4 hours. Rinse and drain.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender or a food processor and blend until at desired consistency add small amounts of water if needed. 2 tbsp is a serving.
  • Store in a refrigerator.
