The first consultation is aimed at clarifying your nutrition needs, setting achievable goals and identifying what actionable steps you can take towards your goals. Within 3 days of the consultation, we will also provide you with a customised lifestyle guide 7 recipe recommendations that can support you in meeting your nutrition goals.

Therefore, specific timelines or results cannot be guaranteed but we will support you in developing realistic goals and strategizing to overcome barriers. We are also big on celebrating milestones as we journey with you towards achieving your nutrition goals.
