Coco Vanilla Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • cups Coconut Milk
  • 3 cups Low Fat Milk
  • tbsp Instant coffee use less or more depending on preferred flavour
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
  • Pour into popsicle mold leaving 1 inch space at the top. Makes 6 servings for 6 oz molds. The number of servings that the recipe makes depends on the size of the mold. To check the size of your mold, fill one mold with water up to 1 inch away from the top and then poor it into a measuring cup.
